Anneliese Hainz joins from Gordon Ramsay Holdings for key accounts role

Livebookings, the online marketing experts for restaurants, today announced the appointment of Anneliese Hainz as Key Account Manager. Anneliese joins the London head office team to manage Livebookings’ group accounts such as D&D London and Strada, as well as some of the innovative online booking company’s key individual clients.

Formerly Reservations Director at Gordon Ramsay Holdings (GRH), Anneliese brings eight years’ global experience working at the frontline of restaurant reservations across Ramsay restaurants, to Livebookings.

In her eight years at GRH, Anneliese transformed the reservations and bookings procedures as the company grew from one restaurant to 14 in the UK alone. In her time with GRH, Anneliese won an Acorn award for achievements within the restaurant industry and set up reservations and bookings procedures for Ramsay destinations around the world, including Gordon Ramsay at The London, NYC and three-michelin starred Gordon Ramsay Royal Hospital Road.

Speaking about her new appointment to Livebookings, Anneliese commented: “I’m delighted to be joining Livebookings at such a key time in its development.
