Livebookings, a global leader in online reservations and marketing services for restaurants, today announced continued success in leveraging its market leading position:
Its total number of seated diners in Europe grew almost 12% over the previous quarter to 2.6 million diners, surpassing that of its closest competitor by one million seated diners. With this sequential surge in bookings, Livebookings has just crossed over the 20 million cover marker, a milestone for the company.
This overall business momentum has continued with its new business initiatives: Livebookings’ consumer brand, Bookatable.de, has become a leading destination for German consumers looking for real-time restaurant information and reservations.
"Livebookings growth in Europe continues to demonstrate strong momentum as we deliver more restaurant availability to consumers and help restaurateurs fill their tables and grow their business," said Colin Tenwick, CEO of Livebookings. "We are encouraged by the growth of online reservations in the European market, which is generating significant revenue and marketing value for Livebookings’ restaurant partners.”
