Tip

Are you receiving your emails?

With millions of emails being sent every second, it is important to make sure the right ones get through. We contact restaurants daily all over the world with details of news, events and most importantly, reservations.

From time to time, emails can get stuck in junk folders or cannot be delivered. To help make sure the right ones get through to you and you aren’t missing any important communications or bookings from us, we have put together some best practice tips:

1) Make sure you notify us of any change in contact details as soon as possible.

2) Make sure your inbox is not full – this can lead to emails being bounced back to the sender.

3) Check your SPAM and Junk folder regularly for any legitimate emails that may have got caught.

4) Add our sender domain to your safe sender list in your email system (for your online bookings the domains are @livebookings.net, @livebookings.com and @livebookings.co.uk). In MS Outlook you can right click on an email you have received from Livebookings and then from the Junk email option choose to add our domain as a safe sender. There are similar settings in GoogleMail, aol, msn and all other providers.

5) If you deal with a central IT department for your email service, forward this email to them to action.

6) Check your diary system regularly for new bookings.

If you have any questions about email deliverability, please contact our Account Management team on 020 7934 9275 or email support@livebookings.co.uk.
